Refund policy

We want to ensure you have a smooth experience with our 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Generally, we do not pay for returns unless items are delivered defective or wrong. However, we provide 100% refund, including the original shipping fee, if applicable, when items are returned properly.

To initiate a return, please request return via self-served return page HERE. Consider using tracked services when you send your returns. We may request proof of delivery if we cannot identify your returns. Returns should be sent to the following addresses, depending on your location. These locations are third-party operated, do not return in person.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products, socks or underwear). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

If you pay for express shipping instead of basic shipping, the extra fee charged for expressing shipping will not be refunded, unless it is deemed otherwise by couriers.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want, the quickest option is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
